Douglas Rommelmann Joins Andrews Kurth
June 15, 2004HOUSTON -- Andrews Kurth continues to expand its intellectual property team with the addition of Doug Rommelmann. He adds more than 15 years of experience in the area of intellectual property law. Doug’s background makes him exceptionally well qualified for the oil service sector involving structures and mechanical devices and systems.”
Rommelmann’s experience includes most aspects of intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent and trademark litigation, prosecution and opinion work. He has extensive experience representing manufacturing and energy-related companies.
Rommelmann graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1988 and received his bachelor of science in civil engineering in 1979 from the University of Illinois. Prior to law school, Rommelmann was an engineer for six years with Texaco’s Offshore Engineering Department.
