A&K Partners Top the Chambers Global Guide for "The World's Leading Lawyers" for Corporate and M&A Work

Named leading individual lawyers, the firm's corporate securities practice is also among the leading law firms in the independently-researched legal guide, which notes, "The firm specialises in cross-border M&A, acting as both buyers and targets, and also has long experience of debt and IPOs. Energy and technology are areas of niche strength."
Only the second edition of the Global Guide, Chambers & Partners is well-known for its long-running U.K. guide.
