DALLAS – An Andrews Kurth 2007 transaction, Recapitalization of Russell Newman, Ltd. was awarded the Retail Manufacturing/Distribution & Goods/Services Deal of the Year at The M&A Advisor 5th Annual Financing Awards held on June 9, 2008.
