Andrews Kurth Expands Corporate / Securities Practice

HOUSTON – Andrews Kurth announced today that Lance Schuler has joined the firm as a Partner in the Corporate / Securities Practice.

“We are very pleased that Lance has joined Andrews Kurth,” said Managing Partner Howard Ayers. “His extensive corporate experience will serve our clients well.”

Lance has 20 years of legal experience. The last 12 of these were spent in various legal capacities with Enron Corp. where he was most recently a Managing Director and the General Counsel, Corporate Development.

Schuler received his J.D. in 1986 from The University of Texas School of Law, graduating with honors. He graduated with a B.B.A. in finance and management from The University of Texas in 1983, with honors.
