Patrick practices corporate and securities law, representing both public and private companies in matters such as offerings and private placements of securities; mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; securities law compliance; corporate governance; financing transactions; and intellectual property licensing.  As a member of the Corporate Compliance, Investigations and Defense practice group, Patrick represents clients in internal investigations, securities enforcement actions and in other proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory agencies.
