Mike’s practice focuses on corporate securities and finance with an emphasis on the representation of borrowers, issuers, sellers, servicers, monolines, investors and lenders in connection with public and private issuances of secured indebtedness, including securitizations and other structured financing transactions, asset-backed loans, senior-secured bank loans and syndicated bank loans collateralized by residential and commercial mortgage loans, commercial loans, automobile loans, equipment leases, residential construction loans, manufactured housing loans, consumer retail installment contracts, consumer revolving charge accounts, confirmations of originator’s fees (COOFs), asset-backed securities and other financial assets.  Mike has also represented public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, debt and equity offerings and general corporate, limited partnership and limited liability company matters.
