Mary's practice focuses on general labor and employment matters. She counsels employers on a broad range of issues related to the employment relationship including hiring, evaluating, disciplining and terminating employees, as well as compliance issues related to state and federal laws such as Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and affirmative action laws.
