Representative Experience
Lynn recently concluded representation of three lenders/loan servicers in receivership actions involving large multi-property/state franchisees of national chain restaurants. All three actions, litigated in the Southern District of New York, resulted in a substantial recovery by the lenders. She was also involved in the successful defense of an investment bank in an employment discrimination case and obtained a judgment on behalf of a large computer manufacturer against a former re-seller/distributor.
