Wes has broad experience in corporate transactions, including entity formation, operation, reorganization, and dissolution, with domestic and foreign corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships/joint ventures, and limited partnerships. He has negotiated domestic and international mergers and acquisitions for both buyers and sellers, and has worked with consolidations of businesses. His responsibilities have included negotiation of merger/asset/stock purchase agreements, stock lock-up agreements, employment and non-competition agreements, leases, notes and security agreements, and other related documentation.
