Hunter White is a Partner in the Business Transactions Section, and his practice includes a broad spectrum of energy and real estate transactions, including: (i) asset and stock sales (domestic and foreign); (ii) formation and structuring of partnerships, limited liability companies and other joint ventures and strategic alliances; (iii) real estate fund transactions; (iv) energy development transactions, drilling contracts, energy management agreements, farmout agreements, participation agreements, operating agreements, master service agreements and commodity sales agreements; and (v) other general corporate, business and real estate transactions.
