Chasless's practice includes the representation of debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, committees and liquidating trustees in bankruptcies, bankruptcy litigation, and out-of-court restructuring; corporate acquisitions; and the development and financing of wind energy projects in the United States.

Representative Experience

Recently, Chasless has worked on the chapter 11 cases of Gulf Coast Oil Corporation and its affiliates, Kitty Hawk Airlines, and 2600 Park Living, Ltd. Chasless has also represented secured creditors including a major financial institution and a worldwide restaurant franchisor in the chapter 11 bankruptcies of Drake Printing Corporation and P.O.W.E.R., LLC.
