Charlie focuses his national practice on real estate finance, with an emphasis on the representation of commercial mortgage loan originators in securitization programs.  His experience includes construction loans, floating and fixed rate financing, A/B and pari-passu loan structures, portfolio financing of performing and non-performing loans and assets, loan purchases, and problem loan workouts.

Charlie has previously served on the firm-wide Management Committee and as the Managing Partner of the Dallas office.
