Sean's practice focuses on a variety of real estate transactions, including the representation of clients in the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial real estate, the representation of lenders and borrowers in finance and lending transactions and the representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions. He is also involved in the representation of lenders in workouts, forbearance, modifications and foreclosures. Sean has experience advising start-up clients on entity formation and structuring issues and regularly counsels businesses on day-to-day legal issues.
