Dan's practice focuses on general business transactions with an emphasis on wind/alternative energy, oil and gas research, as well as international real estate within the energy spectrum. His experience includes due diligence, negotiating and preparing documentation for energy infrastructure related agreements, including those covering construction, operation and maintenance, equipment supply and reserve-based oil and gas exploration and production loans.
