Representative Experience

Recently, Joseph represented a NYSE-listed well servicing company in the proposed $2.9 billion dollar merger transaction with a publicly listed drilling company and the subsequent termination of the agreement.

He also recently represented the underwriters in a $1 billion registered offering of senior notes by an NYSE-listed limited partnership.
